As a kid growing up in the burbs Dick's was a special treat whenever I was in Seattle and had a couple bucks. Now I'm an adult who lives in Seattle and it's still a special treat when I have a couple bucks. This location is great, I miss the mystery soda machine but it's still a more fun location to visit. It's not uncommon for there to be buskers outside which makes the brief wait in line a bit more fun. It's also the closest Dick's to a Link station, which is nice.

Had the Dicks Deluxe, fries and a strawberry shake. Fast polite service, and good value for money. A real genuine old school style burger, soft bun, tasty smash burger and fries. The shake was great. Would highly recommend and is a lot better than your mainstream overly processed fast food joints.

I could live off this food for a month or better and be happy. Always fast and fresh with friendly staff at every location I've visited and that's all of them! They keep it simple and that's something we need more of these days. Hats off to ownership

This is my go to Burger Spot. I always order a Cheeseburger with Fries and of course the Tarter Sauce. The Food is always Fresh and the Service is quick. I always find a parking spot asks I eat in my car. You can't dine in but there is a small table top of you want to eat your food outside. The Customer Service is Good.

Had to try this local staple. Very simple menu. Very affordable, but you have to pay for any condiments or extras. Solid burger and homemade fries that are not as crispy as the fast food chains ,but seem more natural and not pre- blanched or frozen. It was a cold evening very long line that moved very fast, and a delightful street musician made our experience very pleasant and authentic. Did not try the ice cream or shakes because of the cold weather, will try during summer!

First timer from California and this was a really tasty burger and fries. Unlike the unfriendly people we ran into in the morning, there were friendly people eating that i had a thoughtful conversation with. I love this place and would fly back just to eat here! I even had a man praying for me while i was eating. He seemed like a well put together dude.

What a great dive! This is a walk-up or drive-thru only place! There is a stainless steel standing table for like 8 people if you eat your order there. But don't expect anything else for seating or a table. That said, you can't beat the price and taste! The buns were buttered and toasted to a perfect crispy toasty goodness to compliment the cheap burger it is holding. The fries are Crispy and has the skin on! Which is yummy! The milkshakes are thick and sweet! Definitely will be coming back again and again!

Lightning fast service and top notch burgers at a reasonable price! Don’t let lines scare you: they move super fast. We went during a pride event and even though there were huge lines, it took us less than 20 minutes and we got our food the second we paid. The got the deluxes and I got a coffee, and the burgers are good at the first bite, but it’s the aftertaste that’s best. Most surprisingly, the par coffee paired so well with the burger that it became exceptional. Highly recommend for a traditional genuine and affordable Seattle experience!

No nonsense, straightforward fare. But g-u-d, good. I got the deluxe, fries and a strawberry shake. Fries were top notch, and the burger and shake were solid. Nightlife and surrounds were colorful and entertaining - very big city vibe. NBD for me but my kid was a little wide-eyed. 8.5/10 all around. Would definitely go back but then again I'm a sucker for solid non-chain fast food - especially smash burgers. 🍔
